Barters Island in the summertime

There is nothing as good as hanging out at the cottage on Barter's Island with good friends & family. I had the pleasure of hanging with the girls this weekend. Some of us have known each other since grammar school. Such a nice way to spend a lovely weekend. Hiking, sunning, eating, drinking and talking til the wee hours. LOVE you girlies!

Strawberry Festival

I will be at the Strawberry Fest. at Maxwells farm on Two Lights road in Cape Elizabeth tomorrow, 10-4 Come pick some berries, enjoy lovely Cape Elizabeth and browse & shop local artist & craftsmen.

Let the Summer games begin!

It is the last day of school for my youngest and excitement fills the air this morning. His older sister has been out of school for a week & a half and he just cannot wait! Big summer plans full of sports, all day swimming, skim boarding and no school work. I like it. I am so proud of both kiddos, they did an outstanding job academically and have earned some serious PLAY time. So enjoy this beautiful day and let the summer games begin!
